The following table contains the following information about many of the companies providing Medicare prescription drug plans (PDPs) currently operating in the United States under the Medicare prescription drug (Part D) program. Each plan may not be available in your state. For each PDP, I’ve included a website, a phone number, and formulary information. The information is up-to-date as of March 2007, although many plans that operate in one or two states are not included. However, keep in mind that plans can change, formularies can change, and the information that’s readily available on the Web may not be the most current information available.
